Spent last weekend at Sizewell Hall Christian Conference Centre - just down the coast from the Sizewell B nuclear (PWR) power station. Sizewell A (the old 1960s AGR) is now decommissioned, but there is a lot of activity building the sub-station for the new offshore wind farm.
Took a trip down to Minsmere and Aldeburgh; called in at the lifeboat station (does anyone know how they get this thing out the door?!).
The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SF-MOMA) with the PacBell Building in the background. When built in 1925 the 'Pacific Telephone Building' was the tallest skyscraper in San Francisco. The present SF MOMA building dates from 1995.
Mixing it with a bunch of gaming geeks at the Game Developer Forum in San Francisco. Looking forward to getting back to the real world. In fact looking forward to getting out of this earthquake zone!
